Use this checklist when license activation or startup does not work as expected.

1. Ensure your account has an active trial or purchase record
2. Check HWID format and remove extra spaces before submitting
3. Confirm internet and firewall rules for outbound requests
4. If activation email is delayed, check spam/junk folders
5. If issue continues, send HWID + screenshot via contact page
